We're seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our Portugal team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing while supporting our mission to improve lives of people with diabetes.

About the role: 

As a Marketing Intern, you'll support our marketing team in developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll gain valuable experience in market research, content creation, and campaign analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital and printed assets, presentations, and social media content
• Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities with customers as well as cycle meetings with sales team
• Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team as needed

Required skills: 

Success in this role requires strong communication skills and eagerness to learn about healthcare marketing. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, proficiency in English is required.

Additional Requirements include: 

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in healthcare, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
