Position Summary

We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist (Cash Collection) with proficient Italian language skills to join our busy and vibrant Team based in our modern office near the center of Prague. It is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collections Management - Following up on overdue accounts and reducing delinquency
  • Payment Processing - Handling refunds, account adjustments, reconciling payment discrepancies, short payments, and cash application
  • Account Maintenance - Monitoring assigned portfolios and executing dunning procedures
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Working with sales teams and management on collection strategies
  • Reporting & Metrics - Tracking performance against departmental goals

Key Experience Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Fluent Italian with good English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone)
  • Problem-solving abilities, including challenging customer situations
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Data analysis and structuring capabilities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); working knowledge in Oracle JDEdwards or any other ERP system welcome, but not required

Desirable Qualities:

  • Customer-focused with empathy
  • Team-oriented and culturally sensitive
  • Flexible, solution-oriented approach
  • Relevant experience is a plus but not required, entry-level candidates welcome
  • Positive enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and become part of a great team!

You must be able to work in the Czech Republic with the correct legal status, unsupported.
