Key Account Manager Retail will be responsible for all assigned accounts which will include both Retail, Mail and Wholesale Independent accounts. The KAM will be responsible for all Account Management activities including successful achievement of strategy development and execution, contracting, negotiation, marketing development program creation and management, pull through activities and strong relationship building skills at all assigned accounts.
The KAM will also be accountable for developing new Go-to-Market strategies with associated tactics to continue to drive our business in a changing Healthcare landscape. They will also test new ideas to drive innovative thinking, leading to incremental sales and value to our customers. The individual will create strong relationships with both internal partners and external customers in varying departments to drive overall sales.
