Position Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – US Consumer and Retail Channel, the Social Media Manager will own the strategy, content development, and day-to-day execution of OneTouch’s social media presence across all major and emerging platforms. This role builds and manages the always-on and campaign social content calendar, leads platform-specific execution (organic and paid), engages and grows the OneTouch community, and partners cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, media, customer experience, and Legal/Regulatory to ensure content is on-strategy, on-brand, and compliant. Location: Hybrid- Greater Philadelphia area. ~5% Domestic Travel required

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop the annual/quarterly social media strategy and content pillars aligned to brand and business priorities; define platform-specific objectives, target audiences, and KPIs; identify white-space opportunities on emerging platforms and formats.
  • Content planning & execution: Build and manage the editorial/content calendar; brief and collaborate with creative, design, and video resources (internal teams and/or agency partners) to produce platform-native content; write and adapt copy/captions by platform and audience.
  • Paid social: Partner with media/agency teams on paid social strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation to support organic content and campaign amplification.
  • Influencer & partnership support: Identify and help manage relationships with influencers, patient advocates, and content creators in support of brand campaigns.
  • Platform management: Own day-to-day publishing and community management across established platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, X), and emerging platforms; monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform algorithm changes to keep content strategy current.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions; foster an engaged community; identify and flag customer service, adverse event, or reputational issues per established protocols.
  • Compliance & review: Partner with the internal Legal/Regulatory team to route content through required compliance/MLR review processes, ensuring all content meets regulatory, medical, and legal guidelines for a regulated healthcare/medical device brand.
  • Analytics & reporting: Track, analyze, and report on platform performance (engagement, reach, follower growth, sentiment, share of voice); translate data into actionable recommendations; report out to marketing leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Crisis & reputation monitoring: Support social listening and rapid-response protocols in the event of negative sentiment, product issues, or reputational risk.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Brand, Shopper/Retail Marketing, PR/Communications, Customer Experience, and external agencies to ensure social activity is integrated with broader marketing and business initiatives.

Key Experience Requirements

•      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree a plus

•      4+ years of social media management experience, including platform strategy and hands-on execution (agency or in-house)

•      Demonstrated experience managing organic and paid social programs across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest)

•      Experience with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Khoros) and platform native analytics

•      Preferred: experience in a regulated industry (HCP/Consumer/Pharma OTC & Medical Device or similar), working with Legal/Regulatory/MLR review processes
